The garden was lovely, but the mattress was too soft for my liking.

The spacious double room offered an ensuite shower that made my stay comfortable. I cherished the hearty breakfast with fresh ingredients, definitely exceeded my expectations. The peaceful garden was a perfect spot for a morning walk or to unwind after a busy day. Bernie, the host, radiated warmth, making me feel at home immediately. The location allowed a quick ten-minute walk into the city, which is convenient. One downside was the busy road outside. it was a bit noisy at times, especially at night, as I’m used to quiet surroundings. I also noticed the bathroom could use a tad more space for convenience. a delightful visit with charming touches that made me want to return.

The stay was pleasant with exceptionally clean rooms and lovely white towels provided. Access to shared facilities like the kitchen and conservatory was a great bonus.
The room was quite small for a double, with limited space for furniture and a very small bathroom. the busy road outside made for some noisy moments, especially for those not used to it.

Had such a lovely time here! Bernie was like family and let us cook dinner in her kitchen. The gorgeous garden was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The only downside was the cramped bathroom, which made getting ready a little tricky, but honestly, everything else was top-notch! 🌼

Family with children paradise
Bernie truly is the best host ever. I’ve never felt more welcome than when she greeted us with a big smile and made us feel at home right away. The kids, oh they loved playing in that garden, it was like a little adventure land for them. The breakfast? Top-notch, I could get used to that every day.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, given the experience, it was totally acceptable.
